ORDERING & PAYMENT

  1. Fill your shopping cart with high grade DMT products. Then simply check out and pay for your order.
  1. You will receive an email confirming your order and giving you  instructions, follow those! (Don’t see the email? Please check your spam!)

 

Please check your spam or junk mail box. If it’s not in there please double check your account details and make sure you have the correct email address on your account.

Yes. Please use the same name as your E-Transfer & Shipping address, or let us know if you’re using another person’s e-transfer.

Not only is your payment method verified, you need your real name in case your package doesn’t fit in your mailbox. When that happens, your package will be sent to your closest postal outlet, and you can only retrieve it with your real name.

SHIPPING

We only ship through Canada Post with Xpresspost.

We ONLY ship within Canada.

All orders are packaged with a vacuum seal bag and then wrapped inside a black heat wrap bag for further protection. There is no indication from the package to what the contents are. Orders are shipped in boxes or poly tear proof mailer bags depending on order size.

 

Unfortunately in the summer there is a chance that chocolates could melt while being shipped, please order them at your own risk.

 

We strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed. Unless otherwise stated your order will ship within 1 business day.

 

Usually 1-2 business days for major cities and a few extra days if you live in a remote area. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, once we give them the package it is out of our control if the package is slow.

 

When your order completes (and ships) you will receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email. Please use that link to track your order.

Note: Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to work, if we ship a parcel in the afternoon it might not reach a sorting facility until the following morning and be scanned into their system, etc.

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take up to two weeks to complete.

Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if Canada Post is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge, or offer you Points equal to the dollar value of your missing package and re-send your order with free Xpress shipping.
